Travel Directions from local airports/main towns.

These are the routes we have found to work well from the three main approaches

From Toulouse

To travel to Puivert from Toulouse take the A61 Autoroute following signs to Montpellier and Carcassonne then turn off following directions to Foix and Andorre.

Just after the Peage marking the end of the Autoroute turn off the dual carriageway following signs for Mirepoix (at the roundabout you will see a MacDonalds for reassurance you are on the right route). Turn right at this roundabout and follow Mirepoix for approx 20 kilometres.

Do not go into Mirepoix village centre but at the first roundabout carry straight on, then 1 kilometer later at the second roundabout turn right for Chalabre.

After 2-3 kilometers on arriving in the village of La Bastide de Bousignac turn left for Chalabre.

In Chalabre at the mini roundabout turn right, then in the centre of the village turn left for Puivert.

At the T junction in Puivert turn left and Au Petit Verger is 200 metres on the left.

From Carcassonne

From Carcassonne follow signs for Limoux . 

In Limoux take the right turn to Chalabre (at a traffic island in the centre of town).

In Chalabre at the mini roundabout turn left and left again in the village for Puivert.

At the T junction in Puivert turn left and Au Petit Verger is 200 metres on the left.

Travelling time one hour.

From Perpignan

From Perpignan follow signs for Foix (this is immediately after leaving the airport and directly off the A9 Autoroute).

This road proceeds via Quillan through Puivert and the house is on the right as you descend into the village.

Travelling time one hour 20 minutes.

Parking.

On arrival please park directly opposite the house where off road parking is available.
